» Purchased Heart of Augusta Motel in Augusta, Georgia. This event marked our foray into the hospitality business. This property was sold in 1990 for a profit.
» Purchased National Inn in Augusta, Georgia. This property was sold within eight months for a profit.
1990
» Purchased New Wrightsboro Suites in Augusta, Georgia. This property marked Purohit Holding, Inc's first foray into the extended stay and apartment sector. This property is the oldest remaining property in our current portfolio.
1991
» Purchased Deluxe Inn on Belair Rd In Augusta, Georgia. This property was renovated, converted to a Ramada Inn and sold in 1995 for a profit.
» Purchased Deluxe Inn on Gordon Hwy in Augusta, Georgia. This property was renovated, converted to a Ramada Inn and sold in 1994 for a profit.
1992
» Purchased Lake View Inn in Waynesboro, Georgia. This property was renovated, converted to a Days Inn and sold in 2002 for a profit.
» Purchased Admiral Benbow in Thomson, Georgia. This property was renovated, converted to a Days Inn and sold in 1996 for a profit.
» Purchased Days Inn Spartanburg, South Carolina. This property was sold in 1998 for a profit.
» Purchased Best Western In Aiken, South Carolina. This property was sold in 1995 for a profit.
1993
» Purchased Howard Johnson in Aiken, South Carolina. This property was sold in 1994 for a profit.
» Purchased Deluxe Inn on Interstate 20 in Aiken, South Carolina on Exit 18. This property was sold the very next day for a profit.
» Built first new prototype of Holiday Inn Express in Elberton Georgia. This property was sold in 1993 for a profit.
1995
» Built Holiday Inn Express in Waynesboro, Georgia. This property was sold in 1998 for a profit.
» Built Holiday Inn Express in Winder, Georgia. This property was sold in 1999 for a profit.
» Built Holiday Inn Express in Jesup, Georgia.
1996
» Purchased Econo Lodge on Washington Road in Augusta, Georgia. This property was sold in 1998 for a profit.
1997
» Built Best Western on Park West Drive in Augusta, Georgia. This property was sold in 2003 for a profit.
» Purchased Deluxe Inn in Waynesboro, Georgia. This property was sold in 2001 for a profit.

» Purchased Travelodge in Augusta, Georgia. This property was sold in 2001 for a profit.
1999
» Built Ramada Inn on Washington Rd in Augusta. This property is currently a Days Inn and Suites. Added 16 rooms to Travelodge in Augusta, Georgia. This property was sold in 2001 for a profit.
» Purchased Sleep Inn on Panola Rd in Atlanta, Georgia. This property was sold in 2000 for a profit.
2000
» Built Best Western in Seneca, South Carolina. This property was sold in 2007 for a profit.
» Purchased Motel 6 on Center West Pkwy in Augusta, Georgia. This purchase marked a major turning point for Purohit Holdings and upon its renovation and partial demolition created the platform for the Company to grow in Augusta, Georgia.
» Purchased Travelodge in Greenville, South Carolina. This property was sold in 2002 for a profit.
2001
» Built Annex buildings in Jesup, Georgia for an extension of the Holiday Inn property.
» Purchased Days Inn and Suites in Atlanta, Georgia. This property was sold the next day for a profit.
2003
» Built first prototype of Wingate Inn on Gordon Hwy in Augusta, Georgia. This property was sold in 2005 for a profit.
2004
» Built Days Inn in Jesup, Georgia.

» Built an Amerihost Inn on Washington Road in Augusta, Georgia. This property is currently operating as a Ramada Inn and Suites.
2006
» Built the Best Western Inn and Suites on Center West Parkway in Augusta, Georgia.
» Built Wingate Inn and Suites in Madison, Georgia.
» Purchased Madison Inn Hotels in Madison, Georgia which is being renovated and converted to a Days Inn and Suites.
